There are two of these machines available with common operating platform. Machines can be purchased separately or together. Each machine is equipped with 5 double unwinds with Torres zero speed splicers and roll preparation stations. Unwinds have Montolvo mechanical disc brakes with new shafts on all unwinds. 3 inch and 5 inch double E step chucks. Edge control decurling and alignment. Dual slitter sections with Jagenberg Tru Slit auto positioned slitters for four out production. Dual motor drives and dual knives for high quality cutting on all grades up to combined 600 GM2. Sheeters have continuous run jagenberg CONTIMAT layboys for quality non stop skid building. Micromatik AC drives with Allen Bradley PLC's. Includes Allen Bradley Panelmate consoles with Jagenberg JVCS interface. All local cranes and complete trim system (excluding baler and cyclone). These are excellent machines that have had scheduled maintenance.

Two 1998 Jagenberg Folio Contimat sheeters for sale.

65 Inches wide three out production. Sheeters have 10 unwinds each with Torres Splicer units. Automatic Slitter set up. Roll Prep stations. Machines are capable of folio production of standard sizes of 100 tons per day each machine. Press ready skids possible with continuous run Contimat layboys.
